International Journal of Intellectual Human Resource Management (IJIHRM) is a double-blind peer reviewed (Pring ISSN 2535-9800 & Online ISSN 2536-0043), an international scientific journal with an international Editorial Board. It is an open-source journal. The IJIHRM aims at creating an open forum for scientific discourse focused on human resource management, inviting theoretical as well as empirical research papers.
