Abstract

In this research, I dealt with the subject of electronic interrogation through its traditional origin in terms of its nature and characteristics and what distinguishes it from other procedures. Social distancing and reducing mixing by completing the procedure electronically. The negatives were also represented in the problems that resulted from its application with the traditional procedures of the stipulated interrogation. They appeared in formal and objective aspects through which I reached a number of results and recommendations, the most important of which is the need to organize the electronic interrogation procedure legislatively, taking into account the conditions of the state in terms of economic and technical.
