Organizational communication in government institutions and its role in shaping the mental image

Abstract

This study examines the mechanisms of organizational communication used in Iraqi universities, represented by the universities of Baghdad and Al-Iraqiya, and their role in shaping the mental image of government institutions.

The study used the survey method, with its two parts, the field and the exploratory, and the researcher used the comprehensive inventory method, as this method resulted in 20 respondents who were subjected to the structured interview and answered their questions, and one of the most prominent results was the discrepancy in the patterns of organizational communication used in government institutions.
