Scholars stated that the relations between managerial practices and employees’ behavior has not been studied well and still need more investigation. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the relationship between organisational managerial practices (Such as empowerment, compensation, teamwork) and h employees’ behavior. Three theories form the theoretical framework for this study; the job demands-resources model, theory of work adjustment (TWA), and Herzberg’s motivator-hygiene theory. The proposed model has nine HRM practices that have relations towards employees’ behavior and PMS system.</p> ER -
